Quilled Butterflies

Has anyone tried Quilling?  This is my first attempt and it's a bit time consuming but also fun to learn.  I'm not sure if I'll be doing that again soon. The quilling items were purchased at Archivers.  I did use the Tempting Turquoise and Wild Wasabi Embossing Powders and loved blending them for a different look.

Thanks for viewing my blog!  Contact me to order !

Easter Scrapbooking Done!

Due to the 100 degree temperatures, I have chosen to stay indoors where it is cool and catch up on my scrap-booking!  I finally have Easter 2012 under my belt!  For Anna's egg coloring page I used Stampin' Up's discontinued designer paper and embellished with the Delicate Wings Embosslits.  Don't forget to add pearls or rhinestones to the butterflies!  The boys' page I thought that the egg dipper adds a perfect touch.  I enjoyed putting together the hunt and score pages and coordinated them too!  Enjoy and thanks for looking.
Stampin' Up has a July special!  Contact me if you want a stamp set for $5.00!!!!
Love to all and keep cool during this heat wave!

Happy 4th of July!

I believe Margaret Moody designed this Americana Card and I just had to CASE it and share!  Her designs can be found on the Pals Paper Arts page where they have challenges you can enter.  I've entered a few times and it's fun to view other cards made by fabulous woman and some men too!

Stampin' Up is offering the Reason to Smile Stamp Set for only $5.00 with a $50.00 purchase in July!

If you haven't received your catalog yet, let me know and I can get one for you!! The new catalog is filled with great stamp sets and accessories!
