Hello!

Sorry I haven't posted a card or scrapbook page in quite awhile. Sometimes life gets hectic and we just have to deal with it! My hubby has had some tests and procedures and all is well with him. Now I have to get myself better. I wasn't feeling well for most of the summer and found out I have high blood pressure.... not a big deal.... a lot of people have it. I'm having a hard time getting on the right meds to control it without feeling lousy. After more tests and procedures this week, I hope to be feeling like my old self again! I can't wait to get into the craft room and start creating!

Don't forget the Envelope!

Embellishing the envelopes is as much fun as making the cards!! Pretty in Pink paper was cut and layered with Disney's Princess Paper. The letters are from Target's Dollar spot. The crown is from an older Stampin' Up Princess Party Stamp Set. It was then attached to a Pixie Pink Scallop Circle, and a Certainly Celery Circle both cut with Stampin' Up Punches! First Birthday for a Princess!

Happy First Birthday to Princess Anna! Jessica, my daughter made this fabulous cake for her sweet baby girl. For this special occasion, I created a personalized card just for her! I used Stampin' Up's Whisper White and Pretty in Pink Card Stock. The other items were purchased at Pages In Time Forever, a local scrapbooking store that has an abundance of princess papers, pink letters and embellishments!

PPA54- Masculine KISS

PPA54- This card was created out of Basic Black and Whisper White. The stars were cut from scrapbook paper using the Big Shot and the Stars #2 die. The letters were also cut using the Big Shot. The guitar was stamped in Basic Black Ink. My grandson loves to play Guitar Hero- he knows all the words to the classic rock songs I grew up with so this card was fun and easy to create for his 10th birthday coming up August 20th! Ian- YOU ROCK and so does your birthday card!

PPA53-Monochromatic Concord Crush

I have to admit, I'm from the Donny Osmond era.....and yes, I had a crush on him back in the day so it was easy to use Concord Crush for PPA53 and I just kept layering it. I used the Elements of Style Stamp Set and used the Scallop Trim Corner Punch and layered it on Concord Crush Card stock that was embossed with the Vintage Wallpaper Folder layered on Concord Crush Designer Paper from the Hostess Pack and used Concord Crush Card stock for the card! Concord Crush Ribbon accents the card. It's fun to play at the PPA!
