This Oso birthday card is for my grand daughter, Anna. She just loves this cuddly bear and her 2nd birthday party will have Oso flair!It takes three special steps to create this!
1. The Oso image is on the Disney Network website and it was downloaded and applied to Stampin' Ups Designer paper.
2. Anna's name was stamped with Tempting Turquoise and punched out.
3. All the layers come together on Tempting Turquoise card stock.
