Clearance Rack Sale!

Happy Spring!  This card was created by items found on Stampin' Up's Clearance Rack!  I used the Ice Cream Parlor Paper Pack that included two sticker sheets- Great for cards and Scrap Booking!  I also
had to get the Ice Cream Parlor Ribbon and Button Pack! It's a great value and together they cost less
