Stampin' Up makes it so easy when they coordinate the stamps and punches!  I used the CupCake builder punch #121807 after stamping the super cute cupcake with the Create a Cupcake stamp set in clear #121982.   I then used a New In Color paper Primrose Petals #126841 and ink #126858 and Pool Party Paper #122924 and ink#126982 and embellished with Basic Rhinestones #119246!  The ribbon and striped paper are from SALE a BRation and I like to use up what I have.  Those Sale a bration items are still available on Ebay.
