Here is a fun Halloween card to make & I'll be submitting it to my first Pals Paper Challenge #PPA5! The Pals Paper Arts is an amazing way to get and submit ideas for cards!
Cardstock: Whisper White, Basic Black, Rich Razzleberry & I purchased some black & white polka dot scrapbook paper from Hobby Lobby.
Punches: 1, 1&1/4, 1&1/2 inch Circle, Scallop & Large Oval, Eyelet Border, and Regular Paper Punch
Ribbon: 1/4 inch white grosgrain
Stamp Set: Teeny Tiny Wishes & Basic Black Stamp Pad & Rich Razzleberry Stamp Pad
Dimensionals and Glue Stick or Runner, and a sponge
Lets get started:
Put your black card stock in your cutter with the 8&1/2 side on top and cut at 4&1/4 and fold over.
Then cut the Rich Razzleberry to 4 x 5&1/4 inches and use the Eyelet Border on the 4 inch side. Hobby Lobby's Polka Dot paper size should be 4&1/2x 3&3/4.
Spider is made of circle punches and you can layer and punch the colors the size you wish. I used the 1 inch circle punch for the head, 1&1/4 inch circle punch for the Rich Razzleberry body and the 1&1/2 inch circle punch for the Basic Black behind. I then used a regular paper punch for the eyes and cut a smile out because this is a happy spider! The legs were then cut from Whisper White cardstock and assembled on Whisper White at 2&3/4 x 2&3/4 inch square & a Basic Black at 2&1/2x2&1/2 inch square and finally a Rich Razzleberry at 2&1/4x2&1/4.
Stamp Happy Halloween in Black, and use Rich Razzleberry on a Sponge and dab on words. Use the large Oval Punch on your words and the Scallop Punch on the Rich Razzleberry. Assemble with a dimensional.
Layer and assemble your pieces as shown in the photo & wrap the ribbon around it and glue the Happy Halloween on the ribbon, then apply to the Basic Black card and you have a cute card ready to send out to your friends!
