Independent Retailers have some great sales and I always wait to buy up the bargains. The blue, lime green and circle paper from an independent retailer were all 1/2 price including the stickers. Foam letters from are placed on circles punched with a 1&1/4 inch circle punch from Stampin' Up. The Die Cut letters for the word "ice" were spray painted with white paint. Three photos of my grandsons eating ice creamwere then cut and placed on the paper! Easy Stuff!
